Summarise Key points and Key Questions so she has a concise view of what exactly she needs to think about, what questions to answer and so on. Meeting notes can be found in #127

Not sure when we need to send this by, is it a bad look to not send it right away? Or we can leave it whilst we collect our thoughts, gather some info etc.

Dashboard

What kind of KPI's / Statistics did you want to see on our Dashboard?
Who did you want to access it? It can just act as a like a High Level Overview of company state (i.e. current open jobs, jobs in progress, jobs completed in last month) for Leona

Connecteam

Job Structures
- We can redo the Job List Feature of Connecteam to use the 8 Job Structures previously referenced and demonstrated by Tom in the meeting. However we'll hold off on this change until explicitly approved
We can include a screenshot of the example job structures from OUR personal connecteam instance

In order to implement custom fields for jobs such as client, From Destination, To Destination you would have to upgrade your operations plan from advanced to expert.

Connecteam has native Xero integration however we are currently unable to test the extent of this.

Before sending this, should we verify if we can get a Xero key off of her... test it in our CTeam? Test it in their CTeam? Using theirs might also require an upgrade, is this also perhaps out of scope for the remainder of our semester?

We are able to publicize Connecteam Training Modules for the team, but we'll hold off on doing so until we've got your explicit approval (and we've decided which modules might be most relevant)

We will also create a migration / onboarding document to assist the team in establishing new workflows with Connecteam.
