Connecteam Feedback

  • Any feedback they have brought up with Leona?
  • How is Leona finding it?

Onboarding Costs

  • How much does Connecteam onboarding cost?
    • Hourly Figure?
    • It could be possible to pay for a couple hours and spread them over a week?
      • Would this be enough time to train?

Feedback Channel

  • We will open a feedback channel for the Claymore Thistle team to provide us feedback
    • They can message us from within Connecteam
    • Connecteam Forms, with questions such as the below;
      • What is difficult to use in Connecteam
      • How does it compare to previous workflow? (Before they were using Connecteam)
        • Improvement?
        • Regression?

Course Modules

  • We as admins can / need to publish Connecteam Training Material in order for the Claymore Thistle team to see the material and be able to use it.
  • Encourage them to use it, refer them to sections of the course material.
  • Current usage of Job lists is unsustainable and they will eventually end up with a massive list
    • In addition, job lists are immutable and they cannot assign many additional attributes to it, such as client type, company, etc.
      • We are in the process of writing a migration document to explain a workflow that solves their needs more closely.
      • How to structure jobs, branches, how to filter by client etc.
      • We will upload it to the connecteam knowledge base for everybody to view.
    • Should be prepared for them to change their current connecteam workflow dramatically when we come back next semester.

  • Role based access, Leona may want to see certain dashboard stats, but doesn't want employees to see it.

  • Dashboard could just be for Leona and any other people she deems necessary to access it.-

  • Logged vs Quoted Hours, input field for quoted hours? Can be automated?

  • She will have a think about what she wants on the dashboard.

    • dashboard.claymorethistle.com / clan.claymorethistle.com
      portal.claymorethistle.com is not in use, was intended for relocation clients
