Redo Hyprland Binds
Monitors should be conveniently accessed with $mod 1, 2, 3 or an alternative binding set?

Named Workspaces
Improved top level module for Monitor and workspace configuration.
Application Tags
- Instead of RegEx'ing everything with the same set of rules. Create tags such as gaming, media, chat etc and map them to named workspaces
- Apply rules to tags and maintain a directory of tagged applications instead of constantly updating the rules.
