Create Group Network Configuration, that takes into account device role, and pre-configures devices in same network to talk to each other.

Not networking namespaces in the actual device networking sense.

Will utilize an additional host spec for networks so I can define stuff like the home network.

Maybe some utilities around fetching hosts that share the same network and providing them with info about each other.
