Looks like CTeam custom instance does not have access to Webhooks.

Might have to test with Claymore Thistle CTeam.

@tom-kenney and I discussed upgrading temporarily to the CTeam Pro Plan... apparently we get 30 days free so we can combine that for testing.

Need to verify how we create webhooks in Cteam on Claymore thistle instance... do we have to do it via an API? There is no UI for it apparently.
